Dilation Station

This guide is designed to explain the benefits of doing part of your labor in a position that is often overlooked or underestimated: sitting on the toilet.
Humorously (and rightly!) dubbed the "dilation station" by many midwives and doulas, sitting on the toilet is undeniably effective at helping labor progress.

In this guide, I explain why it works so well and share a few tips for you to try—both to maximize effectiveness and to provide relief!
